This article asks the question, Why is public nudity against the law in the United states ? I want to take about this subject both from an atheistic and a religious prospective. Now let star from the beginning. When we are born, we enter this world naked just like any other animal. So why do we cloth our selves and animals don’t.
Reason why:
Protection from being exposed to harmful weather, that can damage the body or cause death.
Protection from contact with object or substances that are natural or man made that can damage the body or cause death.
Protection from attack of animal or man.
Now lets look at the origin of human nudity from an Atheist and religious prospective.
Atheist : Humans our naked because we evolved from apes,and we are almost hairless because we are the most evolved of the ape species.
Religious: Humans are naked because this was The way God created man kind, and nudity was the prefect state man kind was designed to inhabit and have dominion over all God created on the earth.

When did human start wearing clothes ?
Atheist: When human’s brain evolved enough to have the ability to create tools to enhance their survivability .
Religious: When man kind first transgressed a command of God, they try to hide themselves and their disobedient act from the present of God,by making covering out of fig leaves.

Now here is the big question?
If Atheist and Religious people believe in all theories that are presented in this article thus far, then why is nudity labeled by U.S. law to be lewd ,alarming, indecent exposer, a sexual offense .

Think for a moment, if you worked with animal,or have pets,you see genital all the time. May be since the industrial era we don’t depend on or work with animal closely any more,so we have developed a sanitized attitude toward see genitals.
But then don’t you think our society has a case of schizophrenia?
Because pubic nudity is all around us our in society;
Art,movies,magazines, books,television show.
So virtual nudity is excepted, but not a person taking a nude walk in the woods or in a open field,or swimming nude in a river.
Reader note that the rule of practicing excepted freedom of nudity would be proper place and time for example; nudity at home in your own house or on your own property( hopefully your pop0rty provide Privacy from the public eye.)
Or out enjoying nature in a secluded wood or field, on a privet beach.
Places that would not be excepted would be in any place consider to be the public square.

Why do people get alarmed by no sexual nudism? Why do they assume a nudist is mentally ill ,or is a deviant.
The Bible states in Genesis Chapter two verse 25 ,And they were both naked, the man and his wife,and were not ashamed.
Now I believe the law should protect society from people who approach others with unwelcome sexual advances ,or masterbate in public, or expose their naked body to people to offend them.
So I conclude this article by stating that nudity should never offend people,but Inconsiderate or harmful behavior toward other people should.

Finding Christmas Spirit

I would first like to take this moment to thank Jesus,who left the comforts and glory of Heaven to become a modest man. So that God could dwell among men,having face to face communion with man kind. To teach mankind about the mind of God,to teach how man should conduct him self toward God and his neighbor,to teach about the heavenly kingdom and what is required become a citizen on that kingdom. Most of all to pay the tole that is owed for mankind to cross the bridge takes mankind from the shore of separation and judgement,to the shore or being reunited to fellowship and complete forgiveness of the transgression of sin.

I what to share with you, that the last three Christmases past as well as this year ,have been full of personal trials. three years ago I was forced out of work due to a abdominal hernia for two month without pay. Two year I has transmission problem with my truck which at the time only had 50,000 miles on it. A year ago I was spend spend my money on doctor visits , and found out I have heart problems. This year my truck needed new rotors and breaks, plus I have a problem that might destroy my life for ever. So the last three Christmases have not be very merry. But because what Jesus has done for man kind,and because my faith is in Him,and not in my circumstance. I can celebrate His birth day.

I know that their are many people who are facing difficult time right now, but remember God became a man to bring us good news,and to express God’s love,grace,mercy toward us.

So no matter how dark your world is getting,God is a faith full friend who will never leave you or forsake you,so help is always there for you, just have to invite Him into you life.

Remember Christmas is not a celebration of ourselves, but the celebration of The Savior OF The World.

Immoral Conduct Monkey Wrench

My dear reader it’s a year away from the presidential election,and our nation is in the middle of The Republican debates on national TV.   And the liberal media is digging up dirt on every Republican candidate ,to disqualify any contender to challenge President Obama in the up coming presidential race.   So that the president who has fail to accomplish anything to help improve our country well being, but has mange to increase our national debt twice as deeper in his first four years, then President Bush did in his two term and two wars.
People voted President Obama in to office because they believed in his empty promises of getting rid: Government serving lobbyist, Washington back door made deals,divisional politics, sending our troop to fight other countries battles, unemployment,health care insurance company fleecing the insured.
The President promised but did not deliver on his promise to: unite the government to meet on common ground to fix the country problems. Provide the public with the same health care the member of government gets ( for free )
,Provide new job through advancing green energy, and new technically,fixing the countries infrastructure.
Now my article is not about what a bad President Obama has been,but to look at how the our government has broken down , and is enslaving the American people with over taxation,invading our privacy,and decaying our liberties .
Before Wold War one the American people were only taxed one percent of their income, and every one was happy and living in the land of rainbows and ride around on unicorns.
Now 96 years late the government taxes 40 percent of the American people income,our nation is bankrupt,and I believe six five percent of American our out of work,and our government want to raise taxes,and continues to expand government, and now we live in a land of dome and gloom.
Now I don’t know a about you, but I am tried of looking at my pay check and seeing government deductions for services that I will never get service from,such as medicare and social security,be when my generation reaches sixty five these services will not exist due to bankruptcy.   These government services our bankrupt because the government has taken the money that was set aside to support the old when they can’t work any long,and has spent it somewhere else.    Now to me that is betraying the American people trust,and it is plan theft.
So why should the American people want a government that can’t be trusted, and steal from it’s people, to expand and invade and mange more of our lives at the tax payer’s wallet ?
Now how about invasion of privacy,every where a American drives their our close circuit television cameras and photo cameras,taking hundred of picture of them at ever traffic light.    By the way that is why traffic light are set to get you sitting at a light for about four minutes,”SMILE FOR THE CAMERA”.
Now if you are reading this article,enjoy your freedom while it last, Congress now is trying to past a bill to censorship the internet.    The goes the American ‘s freedom of speech and press out the window.
Now I want to look at moral standing of the people who are in our government.   Now I believe in the separation of Church and state.   My definition and I believe the founding father’s definition is summed up by stating the government will not set up a state sponsored religion,that is enforced upon it’s citizens.   This does not mean the absence of the freedom to acknowledge and worship one’s God in a public place or in privet setting.     Now just as their is a law of separation of church and state, there should be a law that punishes people who hold government office who commit immoral act during the time they are at work,suppose to be working for the American people, or using American tax dollar to fund immoral activity.     For example all the congress men who have been fly to other countries to have immoral sex with little children and prostitutes.
Using tax payer money to wine and dine and have a place to have sex with their mistresses or boy toys.
I am sure people in government also have stolen million of tax payers dollar and spent in gift too them selves and their family members and friends.
So while sixty five percent of American are unemployed and are eating cat food, or man’s best friend just became a happy meal for it’s starving unemployed owner, we have our government representatives all living in large houses,and driving fancy cars ,living the high life,because after all you have to either be very or sell you soul to the devil to run for government office.
The last point I would like to make is, when politician are running for office they should stop trying to out yell,out smear their other candidates,and just plainly tell us how you are going to try to fix America.
I call all American to pray to God to forgive our nation for our sins,and ask him to heal our land, and pray he will give our leader wisdom on how to fix our broken government and nation, and to commit them selves to serve God and the American people,instead of serving them selves.
Because a month ago I read Thomas Paine’s Common Sense, and I realized our government is treat the American people the same way the King of England was treating the American colonies that cause them to declare their break from England.
My opinion is that we don’t need to create a new government, our government need to conform it’s self back to the mold the founding fathers had set up at the birth of this country,and place this country one nation under God.

Common Sense Look At Sin

What is sin? Who determines what sin is? Does sin exist in this day of enlightenment?
Have you ever wondered what the truth is concerning this subject ?
In this article I will attempt to reveal if sin exist or not,by siting teaching of the Holy Bible and comparing them to sense.
My definition of sin is, any thought,word,or action that is offensive to God or my fellow man is sin. Sin also produces unmistakable fruit, which causes harm,destruction,and death,to the offender or to people around them.
In the Bible God gives Israel The ten commandments,also called the law of Moses. God gave them the ten commandment to be a moral guide that they were to follow,that they would not offend the God who encamped him self among them. Who If they obeyed God’s commands, He blessed them,provided for their need,protected them from their enemies,prospered them in the land.

Here are the ten Commandments: Exodus 20:1-17 (New American Standard Bible)

1 Then God spoke all these words, saying,

2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of [a]slavery.

3 “You shall have no other gods [b]before Me.

4 “You shall not make for yourself [c]an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. 5 You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing loving kindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

From reading the Bible for many years,I have come to the conclusion that these are the following reason God had given man kind the ten commandments:

God gave the ten commandment out of love for us. He new that since the fall of man in the Garden, man’s moral baring were on a progressive decline. Man at one point had become so depraved in his nature that every thought and intent of his heart was evil and violent, so God wipe man off the face of the earth except (Noah and his family)with a world wide flood. God knowing are sin nature causes mankind to be prone to self destructive behavior,He gave us the ten commands as a guide on how to live a live that wont harm ourselves or our fellow human being.
Genesis 6:5-14 (New American Standard Bible)

5 Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 The LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved [a]in His heart. 7 The LORD said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the [b]sky; for I am sorry that I have made them.” 8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.

9 These are the records of the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, [c]blameless in his [d]time; Noah walked with God. 10 Noah [e]became the father of three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

11 Now the earth was corrupt in the sight of God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.

He also gave the ten commands to be a mirror, to show man kind what his nature is compare to to what God’s nature is. God is holy and his nature demand to destroy evil,and man has a rebellious spirit toward God. There for just as God has prepared a place and time to punish Satan and His demons for their insurrection,God must do the same for sinful man.
God uses the ten commands to show man kind that he fall sort Of God standard,but at the same time God doesn’t want to destroy him. God provides His son Jesus to fulfill the requirement on be have of man, so that through the work of Jesus,( Jesus lived a life of perfect obedience to God’s commands,He who was innocent of sin,paid the penalty for those who have sinned)that man kind can be restored to fellowship with God, though putting their trust in this provision of salvation.

Does sin really cause destruction ?

According to the first book in the Bible( Genesis ) it records that God created the Earth and every thing on it,and it was perfect. God crown His creation by creating Humans,and he place the fist man in a beautiful garden,and created a wife for him,and they lived and worked,and fellowship with God. Now God gave man a fee will,and to have free will you have to make choices. So God had place a tree called the tree of knowledge of good and
evil in the center of the Garden,and command the man and his wife not to eat from it.
The first sin was committed when they disobeyed God and ate of the fruit of the tree they were forbidden to eat from.
Now let see what destruction a little sin causes. Here is a list of thing that came into being due to the result of Adam and Eve sin:

Being naked took on same

They hid from the presence of God

They did not take responsibility for their action they turned to blame someone else.

Woman would experience pain giving birth to children.

The earth and creatures were cursed,they are at enmity with man, man shall work by the sweat of his brow.

Man kind would face sickness,disease,pain,death.

Man will face the eternal lake of fire.

God will provide a way of salvation by sending His son in the future.

They were cast out of God’s garden.

Now we have looked some biblical examples of the destruction sin can cause,how about some modern day examples.

Adolf Hitler (German: [ˈadɔlf ˈhɪtlɐ] ( listen); 20 April 1889 – 30 April 1945) was an Austrian-born German politician and the leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (NSDAP), commonly referred to as the Nazi Party). Hitler is most commonly associated with the rise of fascism in Europe, World War II, and the Holocaust.

The people mentioned above have inflicted destruction on a large population of people through their evil actions.

Yet we have people today who claimed to be enlightened yet they live in the dark,because they deny that sin exists. They refuse to acknowledge The ten commandment as a foundation to build absolute morals on.
With this kind of thinking becoming more popular in this day and age,it wont belong before civilization will decline into disorder and chaos,as people will devourer each other by doing what seem right in their own site .

Glorification Of Murders And Porn On Children Clothes

I do not support the corruption of children’s minds through porn or murders being featured on children clothes. . But I am not surprised , be cause as mankind is hurling toward his the last days upon this Earth, His mind and affection toward God and his fellow man will be filled will selfishness , hate,violence,wickedness. Man’s behavior in the Last days will mirror the wickedness that was in man’s heart in the days of Noah ,that caused God to destroy mankind, and every living thing on the earth, excepted Noah,his family, and the animal that were put on the ark.

Most important pray God’s Spirit will show them their error of their ways. Be cause all sin will bring pain ,sorrow, destruction,and even death.

Steal From The Old ,Give To The Murder

This little commentary is written in forms of question to my readers.
The united States Government is failing to come up with a budget,to avoid defaulting on paying the interest on the national debt . Now President Obama two week ago stated that unless He raises tax on the hard working American people,he is not sure elderly people on social security will get their check,or will the military receive their pay.
But the President rather continue giving tax payer money to Murdering organization world wide,namely Planned Parent Hood, And Middle Eastern Government that support Terrorism.
So why won’t Obama cut founding for these murders,and use the money to make sure the elderly and the military get their pay?
Isn’t the President stealing money from the elderly, and the military.
The elderly have been paying into social security all there lives,and now they are to old to work,they need social security to survive.
Military personnel Put their lives on the line ,every day to defend our country ,and their families have to make scarifies every day . They need their pay check to be given to them on time,to survive.
The President wants to scare the American people int to thinking the only way to fix the problem is to raise every American taxes.
The solution to me is stop expanding the Government,stop funding governments around the world that are supporting terrorism, and stop funding organization that make a profit off of murdering babies.

I want to start this article by remind every United States Citizen,that our Government is suppose to serve , protect,represent the will of the citizen of this great nation, and not to make it’s people servants of the government.
When any member of our Government starts to use their office,which they have been elected to,to accomplish their own agenda ,instead of carrying out the will of people,they should be removed from office.
Since President Obama has been elected to his office, I compare his presidency
to a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide movie.
When He was campaigning for the office of president, he painted a portrait of himself as uniter, promising do what ever it took to get rid of party line politics,
and unite the Government to fix the problem this country is facing.
Well during the last congressional race The President boasted that He and his party were in charge, and if the Republicans wanted any say in the affairs of the country,then they have to sit in the back because he and his party have the key to the car.
In the first couple of month of his presidency he went on a wild spending spree, which I understand  he has out spend the Bush administration,and he is not even through his first term as president.
I understand this stimulus bill was presented to congress with less then a week to read through it, before call to vote on it.      This bill was made up of a couple thousand pages, and was impossible to read and understand the whole thing
before voting on it.
He had promise the American people that if his stimulus bill went through ,unemployment would not go over nine percent.   Today unemployment rate is at sixteen percent.
President Obama promise to give all citizen of this country the same health care plan that the members of congress get.    Well that never materialized , instead his health care plan is to force all U.S citizen to purchase government ran health care program, which forces tax payer to pay for abortion on demand both in this country and around the world.
The President and his party have failed to be financially responsible in cutting out the fat in their budget , and pass a balanced budget to fund the government for the year.     One of battle that was holding up a budget agreement  was the continuing of funding of Planned Parent Hood.
It is my opinion that the president is misrepresenting the will of citizen of this nation in international affair.      He makes it a point to  dig up all the skeleton in our countries past, and parade them around the world, instead of parading the generosity this countries citizen have show the world both through our government and the privet sector.    The financial,material,manpower, we have sent to country in need .
The president has strongly and dangerously mishandled the current Middle
east crises.     The  president has been slow to cut off U.S.A funding of Nations who government have become hustle to U.S. and it’s interest.
He has publicly insulted Israel by referring to the nation as a occupying force that is causing humiliation to the Palestinian  people by occupying land that belongs to them.    The true is that these land that Israel occupy were captured  during a war were Arab nation try to destroy the nation of Israel.
The president is  trying force Israel to agree to a peace treaty between them and a terrorist sponsor Government Homas , which is been on the destruction of  Israel.    His plan is to demand Israel to go back to their 1967 borders, that would split the city Jerusalem between the Palestinians  and Israel. His plan as includes hand over The West Bank and Gaza Strip,which would be given to the Palestinians  to form their own country with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Going back to the 1967 borders will jeopardize Israel’s national security.
The President fails to realize that not only are these radical Moslem  nation bent on the destruction of Israel,but they are bent on destroying the United States.  There is no deal you can broker that will change their intent.
Finally the actions of  president  Obama lead me to believe that he is not honoring the pledge of defend the constitution ,but his action lead me to believe he would like t0 burn it, and start a new nation designed by him.
I think he would create a nation that was socialistic and pro moslem at the same time.
My opinion is, President Obama,if I could,I would,fire you from the office of President of The United State.

The new rave that is sweeping the world, is the dooms day date December 21 2012.      Most of these false prophet are predicting  that the sun or a meter is going to change life on Earth as we know it.  Now I am not going to waste time resiting all the theories or predictions, remember we are suppose to be running out of time.
The reason I don’t buy into these dooms day predictions  is because they are being made by people who do not believe in the God who created the universe and who orchestrate the events that take place in it.
Instead  they believe that the universe started with a random death of a star, and will end by a random accident like a firestorms on the sun or a giant meter that will crash into the earth.
Instead of the end of the world being caused by  God who will  bringing  the end of the world by poring out His judgement upon a sin cursed world,on behalf of the rebellious and unrepentant human race.
So that after God judges the Devil and his fallen angles, and the unrepentant part of man kind, He will create a new heaven and a new earth, were the redeemed part of man through faith in Christ, will dwell with with God in perfect fellowship forever.

Here are a few scenarios I think could take place in 2012

A world war between the Muslim and non Muslim nations.

A world world war over shortage of food and energy resources.

The end of The United States as A world power.

The beginning of a one world government,that will do away with anyone who will resist it’s rein.

The second coming Of Jesus, who will meet His faithful follower in the air, to take them to His Heavenly kingdom.
This will start God’s judgement upon the world populations who refuse to give God obedience and tribute.

These are just educated scenarios, not predictions .

What ever happens God will protect His own.
I think it would be wise to read the book of Revelation (last book in the Bible), to find out what going to happen in the last day according to God’s predictions,and shut your eyes and ears to false prophet who are trying to make a buck off of you, by selling things to you to help you be prepare for an event that will never take place.

As my poetry and writings are getting more exposure, I am receiving challenges from atheists who try to assert that the arts are no place to express religious beliefs . I feel that history would prove them wrong. Some of the greatest master pieces in art history were painted with religious themes. Art was used to teach the Holy Bible to an illiterate population, during the dark ages . It is my belief that the work of a true artist , is the expression of their soul.So if my work did not express my faith in God, either I don’t truly Know God,or I am not a good artist. I will let you decide that for your self. Many Atheists have been sharing poetry,and other material with me,trying to open my eye to all the atrocities that have been carried out in the name of God, and Jesus’s name, through out history. They share their material with me as if I were an uneducated blind believer, who did not know about the dark side of Christian history. So they site this history in a mantra ,and use it to defend their belief that God is not a true higher being beyond our comprehension, but He is a man made Idol that was created to control and oppress people,to steel their wealth ,and to explain the unknown. My belief is that God is a real person,who nature is absent of evil in his thoughts , speech,and actions. But humans who have become his follower,or masquerading as one, have sin in their thoughts,speech,and actions. Here are three reason I believe atrocities are carried out in the name of God or Jesus: A person is masquerading as a Christian, to the use the name of the Lord to oppress,or steel from people.
A Christian tries to accomplish the work of God,without obeying the teachings of God’s word. Instead they try to do God’s work using human philosophy.
God word teaches us in Mark 12:30-31 (New International Version, ©2010)
30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[a] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] There is no commandment greater than these.”
Does this command of God teach Christian to oppress,steel,or kill their fellow man?
